The History


When one of the most influential architects of our time, Renzo Piano, unveiled the vision for Aurora Place, it had a transformative effect on Sydney’s Central Business District. Bounded by Phillip, Bent and Macquarie streets, the 49,400sqm mixed-use site gave rise to a 41 storey commercial tower, an 18 storey luxury residential tower and a piazza featuring retail amenities.

It all started with a sketch

Unfurling like a sail as it beckons skyward,  Aurora Place is designed by internationally renowned Renzo Piano. Created by the visionary architect at the height of his powers for organisations at the forefront of their industries, Aurora Place is much more than just a commercial building. Challenging the uniformity of traditional office design, Piano makes the building soar with elegant form and captivating geometry.

Concierge Services

The Aurora Place Concierge team are hospitality trained professionals that provide a complimentary service to the Aurora Place Community that mirrors the attention to detail and strong network connections of a 5 star hotel Concierge.

Our concierge services includes but never limited to:

  • VIP welcome and escort (Between 10AM & 3:30PM Daily)
  • Flight Information
  • Hotel Information, referrals and reservations
  • Fine dining, restaurant referrals and reservations
  • Shopping location information
  • Taxi/ Private Vehicle Information, referrals and reservations
  • Sourcing, purchasing and delivery of tickets to theatre, shows and sporting events
  • Providing information of events and shows in cities worldwide
  • Organising and making appointments with a qualified personal fitness trainer
  • Gift Sourcing; gift arrangements, gift baskets & floral arrangements
  • General Directions/Assistance

Customer Dry Cleaning Service

How the Service Works

  • Should you require Dry Cleaning, the service is available Monday-Friday.
  • Dry Cleaning is collected and dropped off daily from the concierge desk between 11:30am -12:30pm. Dry Cleaning provided to the Concierge prior to this time will be returned the following day.  
  • Once garments are returned to Aurora Place, Concierge will deliver them to your tenancy reception or hold them for your collection at the Concierge Desk.

How to Use the Service

  1. Register for the dry cleaning service at the Concierge Desk;
  2. Fill out a credit card authorisation form which will be retained by the Dry Cleaner;
  3. Supply your Name, Company, Email and Telephone Number.
  4. An initial $10 charge will be added to your first invoice for the garment bag which your first batch of cleaned clothes will be returned in. You will then be able to use this garment bag to transfer your items (clean/dirty) between home and Aurora Place discreetly.

Please Note – Concierge Services act as a go-between only between the Dry Cleaner and customers of Aurora Place. Concierge Services is not affiliated with the Dry Cleaner and the relationship will at all times remain between the customer and the Dry Cleaner. Aurora Place is not liable for any loss or damage to items whilst carrying out this service and during storage.

The End of Trip Facilities are on Level B2. Bike Access is via the Loading Dock from Phillip Lane.
