Tony Richards - General Manager
Tony is responsible for the day to day management of this asset and brings with him a wealth of industry experience including being General Manager of Piccadilly, 60 Margaret St and of the MLC Centre.
Michael Lanycia - Engineering Manager
Michael is responsible for al the mechanical, electrical and fire systems in the property and has over 20 years of direct engineering experience in building systems for major city buildings.
Adam Alexander – Operations Manager
Adam is responsible for the overall presentation of the property. This includes overseeing and working with contractors in the areas of cleaning, landscaping, waste removal, painting, window cleaning, pest control, plumbing and security.
Adam’s role is to ensure RBS Tower at Aurora Place is always presented as a super premium building. Adam also ensures that tenants are provided with a quality standard of comfort, safety and building presentation. In addition, Adam is responsible for emergency evacuation procedures, which includes training of fire wardens and an annual fire drill.

Kylie Parker - Tenant Liason Officer
The tenant liasion officer is to act as a central contact point for tenant facility managers and to ensure service requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Dina Psarianos - Finance and Administration Manager
The Finance and Administration Manager is responsible for all of the financial duties associated with managing this asset on behalf of the owner, including trust accounting, budgeting, forecasting and owner distributions.
The team is responsible for advising the Owner on strategic issues, lease coordination as well as being entrusted with the day to day operation of this landmark property. |
