The tenant liasion officer is to act as a central contact point for tenant facility managers and to ensure service requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Dina Psarianos - Finance and Administration Manager
The Finance and Administration Manager is responsible for all of the financial duties associated with managing this asset on behalf of the owner, including trust accounting, budgeting and owner distributions. The Finance and Administration Manager is also the Quality Manager of the property's management team and ensures consistent management systems and procedures are used.
The team is responsible for advising the Owner on strategic issues, lease coordination as well as being entrusted with the day to day operation of this landmark property. |
